Critiquing the details

When I founded Nota Bene, I travelled in the same way as my clients do today. The difference is that the advice I sought did not exist. I critiqued the finest details. For example, the view from each suite, the lighting, bathroom products, the quality of linens and glassware. You name it. No one could provide the level of detail I wanted in a guide book or advisory service. So I created one myself and developed a following: affluent, demanding clients with significant spending power. The same clients who book your penthouses, presidential suites and top villas.

How much value do you place on getting it right the first time around?
